Enabling the integration
Because Jobful is an official Indeed partner, your jobs are posted to Indeed on your behalf — you don't need your own Indeed account to start.
If your deployment has opted in, a company owner activates it under Settings → Integrations Settings → Indeed. Once it's active, your active jobs can be posted to Indeed.
Optionally, you can create an Indeed company account later and claim your posted jobs to manage them directly on Indeed.

Posting jobs
With the integration active, each active job gets a Post on Job Boards option. Posting is instant — your job goes live on Indeed and is searchable there by title and company or location.
You can publish or expire a job on Indeed at any time from the same place, and a job may show an "Expires in X days" label indicating how long Indeed keeps it live.
Expiring or closing a job in Jobful removes it from Indeed, so the two stay in sync automatically.
02Applications in
Receiving applications
When a candidate applies through Indeed Apply, the application transfers to Jobful instantly and appears under Candidates → Applications, tagged with Indeed as the source. Jobful parses the CV and builds a candidate profile automatically.
Depending on your deployment, incoming applications can arrive anonymised or directly accessible.
