With this vision, Publicis Groupe launched the School of Big Ideas, an academy dedicated to nurturing talented young individuals aspiring to build careers in marketing and advertising. 

The School of Big Ideas is a unique program, where these aspirants can learn from the best professionals in the industry, leveraging the vast expertise and knowledge that Publicis Groupe has accumulated over the years. It consists of two stages: a theoretical one, where students attend online courses and workshops to learn the fundamentals of advertising and a practical stage, which involves a paid internship for those who successfully pass the initial phase. 

Challenges

School of Big Ideas program required an integrated platform to allow seamless navigation for users from one step to the next, ensuring a smooth learning journey and enhanced user engagement. Simplifying the monitoring of each user’s progress was also crucial to provide real-time insights and support. 

The Solution: Jobful platform customisation

Publicis Groupe Romania adopted a customized version of the main Jobful product, specifically tailored to meet their unique needs. The comprehensive platform was designed to consolidate all resources within a single system. The user journey was streamlined to include all necessary steps for entering the School of Big Ideas, including: onboarding process, testing and selecting the candidates, signing the contract and joining the program, accessing to the online courses and tests.

To further enhance the platform, custom features were developed, including a vetting system with predefined qualification criteria for each step and custom reporting for the entire process. This ensures that only the most suitable candidates progressed to the internship stage of the School of Big Ideas. Additionally, a series of automated emails was created to keep users engaged and informed throughout their journey towards the internship.

Results

Publicis Groupe Romania successfully utilizes the Jobful platform for the School of Big Ideas, allowing for easy monitoring of user progress, providing timely updates, and creating a comprehensive end-to-end experience for participants, all in one place.  

The platform accommodated approximately 500 users for the first module of the School of Big Ideas, with 36 of them advancing to the final internship stage.
